Meet Kate McMahon, a seasoned family law litigation lawyer with years of dedicated practice.

In 2005, she completed a Bachelor of Behavioural Science at the University of Queensland in Ipswich majoring in youth and criminology before working for ten years with the Department of Communities, Child Safety Services in Brisbane. She later returned to university and completed a dual degree of Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts graduating with Distinction including overseas studies in China and Cambodia and attendance at the International Court in Cambodia. In 2020 she completed Practical Legal Training with the Queensland University of Technology graduating with Distinction. She is currently completing her Masters of Law majoring in Family Law with the College of Law.
